  20.         of the PEO User's Manual; an agreement from  JAMES W. YOUNG 
  21.         & ASSOCIATES, INC. to license one copy for use on any one 
  22.         computer at any one time; and, the latest version of SEO and 
  23.         PEO without the reminder screens. You will receive three 
  24.         month's mail and CompuServe support. The mailing address is
